We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website.

Product Availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the next day provided payment is validated/received before 14h00 hours. Standard Delivery time on stock available is 1- 5 working days.

Should the product not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time to refill stock availability. If stock cannot be refilled, then alternative will be offered or order will be cancelled.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Funtribe will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

We do our best to ensure that the product you’re ordering is available at the time of purchase. That said, in some instance’s product will become unavailable during the order process, and we will not be able to fulfil your order. We make no guarantees on the availability of product as represented on our Site.

Delivery

Funtribe uses PUDO for local delivery within South Africa. We use SAPO (South African Post Office) AIR MAIL for international shipping.

Standard delivery time on available products is 1-5 working days provided that Funtribe has such items in stock. Goods will only be shipped once the order has been paid for in full.

Funtribe offers free delivery to anywhere in South Africa.

Orders received from outside the borders of South Africa will be shipped with SAPO and billed accordingly at checkout.

It is the customers duty to ensure the correct delivery address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

In the event that the package is returned undelivered due to the incorrect delivery address you will be charged R100 for the next attempt

Although reasonable care is taken, Funtribe accepts no responsibility whatsoever for incorrect delivery details or if an unauthorised person at the delivery address accepts delivery of the order.

Undelivered Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place, we will attempt to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Order Processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflects in our bank account. We have a 2 day order processing time.

Refunds/Returns & Exchanges Policy for Website Purchases Only

In order for a refund to be considered the goods must be in its original condition undamaged/unworn with all relevant packaging still intact/undamaged

The goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase – A valid RA number must be requested from [email protected] with full details on why you would like to return/exchange the item.

In the event of a return due to customer fault i.e incorrect size or colour ordered; the customer will be fully liable for fees incurred to return. Returning for an exchange will incur a cost to you of R100. Returning for a refund will incur cost to you of R100.

In the event of a return due to Funtribe negligence, Funtribe will cover full shipping fees incurred

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent from [email protected] to notify you of the approval or rejection

One receipt and acceptance of the goods Funtribe will make reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if a replacement is not possible Funtribe will refund the purchase price, including delivery cost within 7 Days of return.

Payment Options and Pricing

The Merchant Outlet Country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

Funtribe endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). Funtribe reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Credit / Cheque Card

You can easily and securely pay by credit card. We accept AMEX, ZAPPER, APPLE PAY, VISA MASTER, INSTANT EFT and SAMSUNG PAY.. All online card payments processed in South Africa are passed for 3D Secure authentication. This high standard of security means shopping with a credit card is safe and secure, and ensures that your data will under no circumstances be accessible by third parties.

Security Policy

Card transactions will be acquired for Funtribe via Payfast who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Payfast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no card details are stored on the website. Users may go to https://payfast.io/privacy-policy/ view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details will be stored by Funtribe Enterprises separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast secure site. When Payfast processes a transaction for you via any of our secure payment web services, the transaction is encrypted. We make use of the latest SSL encryption which encrypts all data sent from the browser to Payfast in such a way that only our servers can read it.

The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), is the world standard for secure data transmission over the Internet. SSL

uses authentication and encryption technology developed by RSA Data Security Inc. All the mainstream Web browsers support SSL.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the Website. We may investigate any reported violation of these Conditions or complaints and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

Law

The Terms and Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

Funtribe enterprises chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement , whether in respect of court process, notice or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 212 Athol street, Highlands North, 2192, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website.

It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.

Consent

I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Funtribe Enterprises and hereby accept the terms and conditions.

I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof.

Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Funtribe Enterprises for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
